Personnel Outsource Solutions has two types of opportunities with our client, Flowers Foods, which has been in business almost 100 years. Flowers Foods had annual sales of $3.7 billion in 2014 and the company provides fresh breads, buns, rolls, snack cakes, and tortillas to approximately 80% of the U.S. population through the company’s direct-story delivery (DSD) network. This network covers the Northeast, South, southern Midwest, Southwest, and California. Independent Distributor partners are in supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants delivering and merchandising these fresh bakery foods every day and the Flowers Foods network is made up of approximately 5,000 Independent Distributors.
FIRST OPPORTUNITY
The first opportunity we have with Flowers Foods is for those individuals interested in an Independent Bread Distributorship. Working as an Independent Bread Distributor you would have the opportunity to control your future and your career as you work to build your own business distributing some of the most well-known brands of packaged bakery goods. You’ll have the backing of a nationally known company once you become an Independent Bread Distributor and you’ll have all the resources available to you that will contribute to your success. It will be your job to take ownership and drive the success of your business by using the skills that you already possess. Not everyone will qualify for this exceptional opportunity however those that have a understanding of what true customer service is as well as a proven track record of working in a professional capacity regardless of the profession, then they may possess the key ingredients of success.
SECOND OPPORTUNITY
The Second opportunity would be working in one of Flowers Foods’ many highly efficient bakeries. You would have the opportunity to work in a great environment that fosters growth and opportunity while producing some of the best packaged bakery goods in the country. You would work as an employee of Personnel Outsource Solutions and you would be assigned to work at one of the Flowers Foods’ bakeries.
